Our Tenants
We have dancers, musicians, ceramists, sculptors, stained glass makers, filmmakers, fashion designers, makers of musical instruments, sound mixers and media mavens, and both fine and conceptual artists and photographers, as well as small businesses that add to the variety that makes up this community-within-a-community unique in a region already noted for its creativity.

Venues include Stella May Gallery Theater, housed nearby in our Kingston Media Center, which attracts musicians and performers from around the country and the world, as well as Gallery OneEleven, a draw for artists from New York City. The ground floor of the Shirt Factory also functions as a retail outlet for companies such as Blackcreek Mercantile & Trading.
