Originally built as a manufacturing plant for clothes brushes
for the U.S. Army during the 1st World War, subsequent uses
included furniture and doll manufacturing.

This Brick Mill building is now home to offices, woodworking
and various commercial uses. A new lobby has been installed
with new Otis automatic elevator, the building is fully sprinklered.
